NCRC INFORMATION GUIDE

Alcohol                         For banquets, weddings, private parties, etc. alcoholic beverages are prohibited unless special arrangements are made with the Food and Beverage Director – Tom Grenell.

Customer Relations:       The Hockey Retail Shop will serve as in-house service area or simply call 1800-243-8499.

First Aid:                       Should you or someone near you require medical attention, contact the nearest skate guard or Hockey Retail Shop attendant.

Lost & Found:                Lost & Found service is maintained by the Pro Shop staff.

Public Address:             No appeals will be made over the public address system except under extraordinary circumstances.  Requests of an emergency nature should be addressed to the Hockey Retail Shop attendant.

Restrooms:                   Mens and Women's restrooms are located in the lobby area.

Smoking:                      Smoking is prohibited in the North Central Recreation Center.

NCRC AMENITIES

Dressing Rooms:           One large Dressing room with shower/restroom facilities.

                                    2 small dressing rooms with shower/restroom facilities                 

Electrical:                      standard 110 and 220 electrical service is available.

Concessions:                 One light-refreshment stand will be in operation during events.

Load-in Doors:                One large Load-in Door in rear of building.

Offices:                          One Board room.

Patron Parking:              Approximately 300 parking spaces including 15 dedicated handicap accessible spots.                                      

Hockey Retail Shop:      A new Hockey Retail Shop supplying 300 pair of new rental skates.

Pipe and Drape:             Enough booth materials to accommodate any size trade show.

Staging:                         Various sizes available upon request.

Sound:                           New state-of-the-art sound system.

In-house Programs:        Will be developing learn-to-skate and hockey programs.
