| All meal functions are to be arranged with the Food and Beverage Director Tom Grenell |
| All food and beverage will be provided by Parrot Bay Catering. If you have something special in mind , just ask; we will do our best to accommodate you. |
| For insurance reasons, the Lessee will not be allowed to leave with any food or beverage items which are not consumed by those in attendance. These items remain the property of the NCRC unless prior arrangements are made with Food & Beverage Director. |
| All
meal arrangements ( meal selection, estimated attendance, room setup,
requirements) must be made ten (10) days prior to the event. Final meal guarantees are due three (3) days prior to the event. |
| There will be an additional labor charge for all meals scheduled after 8:00PM and for all meals that require extended service times due to special requests. |
| The Lessee must notify the Administrative Office at 814-536-5156 , three (3) working days prior to a scheduled function of any cancellation to avoid being charged for previously arranged services. A cancellation due to inclement weather cannot be considered an exception. |
| The NCRC requires security to be present at all functions where alcoholic beverages are served as part of the meal and will pass this charge on to the Lessee. NCRC reserves the right to refuse or limit the request for alcohol as part of the meal function. |
| Payment for all food and beverage functions will be made in full on the day of the function unless otherwise agreed upon in advance |
